AMENITIES
Restrooms
Men's and Women's restrooms are on each side of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in the lower level and have multiple wheelchair and ambulatory stalls.
Accessible restrooms are also located in the McCormick Tribune Plaza adjacent to the Park Grill on Michigan Ave.
Patron Services
The Patron Services tent is located inside the security perimeter off Randolph Street, West of Jay Pritzker Pavilion.
Chicago Cultural Center Welcome Center is located at 77 E. Randolph St. and serves as the site for cultural information for the entire Millennium Park Campus.
Millennium Park Welcome Center is located at 201 E. Randolph St.
The Information Cart is mobile and can often be found circling the event and security lines. Check in with them to pick up a Millennium Park Summer brochure.
Art Inside of the Park
The Crown Fountain is a “live” piece of art, and in its establishment has an agreement with the City, park donors/founders/funders, and the artist (Jaume Plensa) that it not be used for any purposes other than to stream the faces on the displays which were curated by the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
The image of Cloud Gate is copyrighted and trademarked to the artist (Anish Kapoor). Any commercial use of these images is strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist. Please contact DCASE at 312.744.1373, if you have any questions. Projections of images on Cloud Gate are also precluded by this copyright.
Lost and Found & WiFi
Lost and Found is located in the Millennium Park Welcome Center, 312.744.6050.
Millennium Park has free WiFi service provided by SilverIP, you can log in at “Park WiFi”.
McDonald's Cycle Center
Secure Bicycle Parking: The Cycle Center offers 300 secure bicycle parking spaces.
Lockers, Showers and Towel Service: To make your bicycle commute comfortable we provide lockers and showers (for Members only) so you may refresh before you go to work.
Bicycle Rental: Bikes are available for rent by the hour, day, or week by Chicago Bike and Roll.
Bicycle Repair Shop: Professional bicycle mechanics are available full time at the bicycle station during the summer from 10am to 6pm and part time during the winter.
Guided Bicycle Tours: Memorial Day to Labor Day, guided bicycle tours are offered daily at 10am and 1pm by Chicago Bike and Roll.
IGO Car Sharing: IGO cars are available for rent from Millennium Park. IGO is a not-for-profit car sharing program developed by the Center. Visit the IGO Car Sharing site to learn more.
